Trattoria del Municipio is not just the classic location where one can enjoy delicious lunches and dinners. It is also one of the few gluten-free restaurants in Busto Arsizio and the province of Varese that offers homemade dishes for people with celiac disease.<\/p>\n
Since 2016, the restaurant has appeared on the list of establishments adhering to the Gluten-Free Eating Out program of AIC, the Italian Celiac Association. For the owners, being able to welcome guests suffering from gluten intolerance safely and offering them a menu full of mouth-watering dishes is something to be proud of.<\/p>\n

Very attentive to the health and needs of guests and in full compliance with the guidelines set forth by the AIC, the restaurant has dedicated a part of the kitchen to the preparation of gluten-free food.
