Those who suffer from gluten allergy can enjoy delicious dishes with peace of mind: Trattoria del Municipio guarantees that all dishes marked as gluten-free on the menu do not really contain it, not even by contamination. Very attentive to the health and needs of guests and in full compliance with the guidelines set forth by the AIC, the restaurant has dedicated a part of the kitchen to the preparation of gluten-free food. The restaurant’s wait staff is ready to listen to all requests from diners and will promptly communicate all directions and recommendations given by the guests to the chef.

For special events and private parties, guests can also request the creation of complete gluten-free menus.
